Along the way in talking at different people and fielding questions from people on variety of diet related topics I realized that I had enough content to write a book on the same. The topic of the book would be (you guessed it) Healthy Eating. Unknowingly people have for years continued to make bad choices in terms of food and the ingredients that go into them. The book will attempt to address some of those misconceptions and guide people to healthy diet and consequently healthy living. It will also serve as a ready reference for people to design their cooking with healthy ways while continuing to enjoy all richness of South Indian cooking. It also delves into strategies on designing healthy menus for special occasions like marriages and festivals.

Send me an email at if you like to be updated when the book is ready.
