Weight Control

Many people who come to me say that their weight is increasing by the day. Calories in the food they eat is directly responsible for that. Here are some simple tips to reduce the weight or control it
  1. Cut down the calories from Carbohydrates mainly rice and refined flours like maida.
  2. Sugars, sweets, jams, jellies, jaggery, honey also gives you more calories.
  3. Fats also gives more calories approximately 9cals per gram.
  4. Modify their diet by taking fibre rich food which gives fullness and less calories.
  5. Add cereals to your diet. Choose the foods made of whole wheat, ragi and jowar.
  6. Have plenty of fresh vegetables, lime juice,salads, soups to suppress the hunger.
