- Cut down the calories from Carbohydrates mainly rice and refined flours like maida.
- Sugars, sweets, jams, jellies, jaggery, honey also gives you more calories.
- Fats also gives more calories approximately 9cals per gram.
- Modify their diet by taking fibre rich food which gives fullness and less calories.
- Add cereals to your diet. Choose the foods made of whole wheat, ragi and jowar.
- Have plenty of fresh vegetables, lime juice,salads, soups to suppress the hunger.
